F&S Groupträning
Gruppträning is our name for all sorts of exercising that is practised in a group. All classes and sessions, such as Medel, Intensiv, Aerobics and Spin/bas belong to this category. The length of a session is always 55 minutes long, if nothing else is indicated. Below you find all sessions in alphabetical order.

| Aerobics | A classical aerobics session where a proper warm-up, mobility and strength training is included. After that follows coordination and different moves. Available on level 1 and 2.
| Aerobics dans | Fun aerobics inspired by jazz dance. Advanced level.
NEW! | Aerobics styrka | An aerobicsclass with step-combinations in blocks and extra focus on strength. Easy, powerful and fun exercise.
| Bas | Easy, accessible, powerful and efficient without jumping. It builds strength and improves your fitness. It's perfect both for beginners and for more regular client.
| Cirkelfys | Tough and fun session for those of you who like it sporty and efficient. NB! Also included in the Gym card.
NEW! | Cirkelgym 55 or 75 min. | Individual strengthtraining in the gym with a motivating instructor. We use both gym machines and other training tools. Focus is on functional training. Everyone can join. NB! Also included in the Gym card.
| Core | A suggestive session that challenges your strength, stability and balance. Focuses on stomach, back and trunk and on finding the feeling in the exerices.
| Core Spin 85 | Focuses on stomach, back and trunk as the class above and ends with a spinningsession. Effective workout for 85 minutes.
| Cross/medel | All round training where jogging is mixed with strength and flexibility training outdoors. Everyone can join.
| Dans | A session built up by moves and different dance styles. Show, attitude and a whole lot of fun. Feel the music and let go. No strength training.
| Dans afro | Expressive session inspired by drums and moves from the West African dance tradition. A joyful experience for body and mind.
NEW! | Dans senior | Dance and shine to an easy choreography with no other demands than having fun. Join and move your body to the music. No jumps or strenghtexercises.
| Dans Ung 40 | Dance session for kids between 10 and 13. Let go and have fun! 40 minutes long.
| Familj 45 | Playing with movements for 3-5 year-olds and their parents. The child must be turning at least 3 years old the first term they attend.
| Intensiv | A tough session for the whole body. A high intensity under a long period of time. But still full of enjoyment of course.

| Junior | Kids between 6-9 workout to their favourite music. 6-12 year olds are also welcome to all sessions without tools, together with a parent. Ask at the reception for more information.
| Ki box | A boxing session with gloves and mitts where we work in pairs. 85 minutes of sweaty, simple and fantastically fun workout.
| Mamma 45 | Bring your baby and improve your fitness, strength and flexibility.
| Medel | The original and best! Suitable for you who are pretty fit, like action and quite a bit of jumping. Warm-up, strength, cardio and flexibility.
| Puls | Full of action with focus on cardio. Fun and challenging. Awesome.
| Rygg | A gentle workout for those with a sensitive back. Among other things the flexibility and stability of the back are trained. Has a specially trained instructor.
NEW! | Röris 45 | Workout for kids between 6 and 10 years old where we train cardio, strength, flexibility and balance in a playful way without demands. 45 minutes long.
| Senior | Nice and calm. Focus on litheness and flexibility. Nice music. And coffee.
| Skivstång | Body Pump! After warm-up stamina is trained with barbells. Also available as a 70 minutes session.
| Skivstång kondition 70 | Challenging barbell training followed by fitness training. Sporty and with high intensity. Focus and power characterizes this session.
| SkivstångSpin 85 | 40 minutes barbell workout and 40 minutes spinning. Excellent training.
| Spin/bas | Excellent spinningexercise for both beginners and persons who have practised spinning for a while. Efficient and fun.
| Spin/intensiv 70 | A challenge for both body and mind. Hard uphill climbs and tough interval training for the more experienced spinner. 70 minutes long.
| Spin/medel | A spinning class for the rather fit ones that already know the basics of spinning. Available as 45 and 70 minutes long classes.
| Spin puls| A session for the experienced spinner. You wear a pulsemeter around your chest and your pulse is displayed, anonymously, on a screen in the room. The participants are guided through different zones during the session. Medium intensity (like Spin/medel).
NEW! | Spin senior | A pleasant spinningclass with a motivating and informative instructor. The design, choice of music and volym is adjusted to the targetgroup. A spinningexercise that is easy, gentle and fun.
| Station | A jympa session with an extra strength part where we use rubber bands and step boards. Available on medel level. 60 or 70 minutes long.
| Step | An aerobics class with moves and choreography on a step board. Awesome.
| Step dans | A stepclass with more room for choreography and movement. If you like step and dance and want a new challenge, try it out.
NEW! | Step styrka | Stepclass at a basic level with an extra focus on strength. Easy, powerful and fun.
| Yoga 1 | Our calmest session. Focus is on breathing, flexibility and simply experiencing. Nice and calm.
| Yoga 2, 80 | Challenging and dynamic session for those of you who are familiar with Yoga or have
practised Yoga 1 for a while. 80 minutes long. |
